Request for Proposal (RFP) for Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA)

Before you begin, please go to the link below and read the Request for Proposal Letter. 

In order to access the specific BPA, please first go to the link indicating the area of service you are
interested in providing (residential substance abuse or residential co-occurring), then select the
county/counties you are interested in providing services for, and click on that link to access the BPA. 
 

The BPA Solicitation Number is specified in the upper left-hand corner of Section A of the
document.  If you are interested in providing more than one type of service (i.e. residential
substance abuse and co-occurring), you will need to review the BPA for each service you are
interested in providing.

Responses to questions will be posted on this website under the Frequently Asked Questions
section for all to view.  Please check the website frequently for these updates. 
All questions must be submitted by 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 23, 2024. 
No further questions will be answered after that date.
