Dear Treatment Providers,

U.S. Probation and Pretrial Services for the Western District of Michigan intends to procure treatment services for
federal defendants and persons under supervision. Required services may include urine collection; breathalyzer;
intensive outpatient; outpatient substance abuse treatment/ assessments; co-occurring treatment; residential
treatment for substance abuse and co-occurring disorders; cognitive behavioral treatment; halfway house placement
for pretrial defendants; mental health treatment/assessments; medication monitoring; agonist/antagonist medication;
polygraphs; visual reaction time; and sex offender treatment/assessments.

 

Request for Proposal (RFP) for Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA)

Before you begin, please go to the link below and read the Request for Proposal Letter.

In order to access the specific BPA, please first go to the link indicating the area of service you are interested in providing (substance abuse, mental health, co-occurring disorders, cognitive behavioral, sex offender, polygraph, visual reaction time, residential placement for substance abuse and residential for co-occurring disorders, medication monitoring, medically managed treatment, or half-way house placement for pretrial defendants), then select the county/counties you are interested in providing services for, and click on that link to access the BPA. 

The BPA Solicitation Number is specified in the upper left hand corner of Section A of the document.  If you are interested in providing more than one type of service (i.e. substance abuse and mental health, etc.), you will need to review the BPA for each service you are interested in providing.

Blanket Purchase Agreements will not be used for all counties, so some counties do not have links associated with them.  A  Non-Competitive Purchase Order (NCPO) will be issued to vendors if services are needed in those counties.  If you are interested in providing services in counties not listed on this page, please send an email to treatmentservices@miwp.uscourts.gov to advise what service(s) you are interested in providing.

All questions should be submitted via e-mail to treatmentservices@miwp.uscourts.gov.  Responses to questions will be posted on this website under the Frequently Asked Questions section for all to view.  Please check the website frequently for these updates.  All questions must be submitted by 3:00 p.m. on Monday, June 26, 2023.  No further questions will be answered after that date.
